Data Deletion Instructions

At TIGTOG, you have full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so at any time.

How to Delete Your Account Inside the App

  1. Open the TIGTOG app.
  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. Tap on Settings or Edit Profile.
  4. Select the Delete Account option and confirm.

How to Request Data Deletion via Web (Without Opening the App)

If you no longer have the app installed and want us to delete your account and data, please contact us directly:

  • Email: support@tigtog.in
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Details Required: Please include your registered Email Address or Username.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?

Once you initiate an account deletion request:

  • Your Profile (Name, Email, Profile Picture) will be permanently deleted.
  • All your uploaded videos, comments, likes, and shares will be permanently removed from our servers.
  • This process is irreversible.

(Note: We may retain certain analytical or crash log data for security and legal compliance, but this data will be anonymized and will no longer be linked to your identity).
