Creator Monetization Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the TIGTOG Creator Monetization Program! This program is designed to reward our most dedicated and creative users. By applying for and participating in the Monetization Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Monetization Program, you must meet the following criteria at the time of application and maintain them while participating:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. (If you are under 18, you may not participate in the program).
• Followers: You must have a minimum of 10,000 authentic followers.
• Views: Your videos must have accumulated at least 100,000 authentic views in the last 30 days.
• Account Standing: Your account must be active, in good standing, and have no serious or repeated violations of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

2. Content Guidelines

Not all videos are eligible for monetization. To earn money, your content must strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Originality: You must create original content. Re-uploading content from other users, movies, TV shows, or other platforms without significant original modification is strictly prohibited.
• Copyright: You must own or have the necessary licenses for all music, images, and video clips used in your content.
• No Artificial Engagement: You must not use bots, click-farms, or paid services to artificially boost views, likes, or followers. "Authentic" views are determined at our sole discretion.
• Community Standards: Monetized content must not contain violence, nudity, hate speech, or illegal acts.

3. Earnings and Calculation

• How Earnings Are Calculated: Earnings are not guaranteed and are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the number of authentic views, user engagement (likes, comments, watch time), and the region of the viewers.
• Dashboard Updates: Estimated earnings will be updated daily in your Creator Dashboard. Please note that these are estimates and may be adjusted before final payout due to invalid traffic or reporting delays.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

• Minimum Payout Threshold: You can request a withdrawal only when your finalized earnings reach the minimum threshold of ₹5000 (or equivalent).
• Payment Methods: Payments will be issued via the payment method you link in your Monetization Settings (e.g., Bank Transfer, UPI).
• Processing Time: Once you request a withdrawal, please allow up to 15-30 days for the payment to be processed and deposited into your account.
• Currency: All earnings are calculated and paid in INR (₹). Exchange rates may apply depending on your bank if you are outside India.

5. Taxes

You are an independent creator, not an employee of TIGTOG. As such, you are solely responsible for paying any applicable local, state, or federal taxes on the income you earn through the Monetization Program. Depending on your location, we may require you to provide tax information (like a PAN card, W-9, or W-8BEN form) before issuing payouts.

6. Suspension and Termination

TIGTOG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Monetization Program at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:

• You have violated these Monetization Terms, our general Terms of Service, or our Community Guidelines.
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity or artificial engagement.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

If your participation is terminated due to fraud or policy violations, you may forfeit any unpaid earnings.

7. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Monetization Program, or change the criteria for eligibility and earnings calculation, at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the TIGTOG app or email.
