  • Device Information: We automatically collect your device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, Android ID), IP address, and mobile network information.
  • Crash and Performance Data: We collect diagnostic data to help us fix bugs and improve app stability.

1.3 Permissions

To provide full functionality, the App requests the following device permissions:

  • Storage / Media: To allow you to upload videos and profile pictures from your device gallery.
  • Internet / Network State: To stream videos, upload content, and load your social feed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide the Service: To create and manage your account, host your videos, and enable social interactions (likes, comments, sharing).
  • To Personalize Content: To analyze your viewing habits and recommend videos (trending feed) that match your interests.
  • To Improve Our App: To analyze usage trends, monitor app performance, and develop new features.

4.1 Data Retention

We retain your personal information and user content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services.

4.2 Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

  • In-App Deletion: You can delete your account by navigating to your Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account.
  • Web Deletion Request: If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by sending an email to support@tigtog.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request."

Once an account is deleted, your profile, videos, likes, and comments are permanently removed from our active databases.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

6. Security of Your Data

We implement commercially reasonable security measures (including secure hosting via AWS Cognito and encrypted databases) to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
